Ingredients

  • 4 servings Diva Rice
  • 1/4 cup ground beef or chicken, cooked and seasoned
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • Herbs (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Diva Rice with hot water
  2. Cook ground beef or chicken, season with salt and pepper
  3. Mix rice with cream, cooked meat, and half the cheese
  4. Transfer to oven-safe dish
  5. Top with remaining cheese
  6. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes
  7. Broil 2-3 minutes until golden
  8. Garnish with herbs
