Ingredients
- 4 servings Diva Rice
- 1/4 cup ground beef or chicken, cooked and seasoned
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cream
- Herbs (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Diva Rice with hot water
- Cook ground beef or chicken, season with salt and pepper
- Mix rice with cream, cooked meat, and half the cheese
- Transfer to oven-safe dish
- Top with remaining cheese
- Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes
- Broil 2-3 minutes until golden
- Garnish with herbs
